Abstract:
     The preparing method of castor oil hard organic polyhydric alcohol is as follows: the castor oil, the alcohol and ammonia occur a ester exchange together under the action of triethanolamine and lithium hydroxide as catalyzers-the magnesium silicate and the neutral whiting soil as neutralizers are put into it to carry out the neutralization reaction-dewatering in vacuum-filtering, and then to obtain product; or after the ester exchange-filtering to obtain product; or after the ester exchange-the polymerization catalyst is added and the epoxide is dripped to carry out a polyreaction. The reaction of the preparing method is normal atmospheric reaction without corrosive mater, so without special requirement of corrosion-resisting, heat-resisting and pressure-resisting to equipments. The raw material is cheap and easy to obtain.
