Abstract:
     The invention provides the technology of producing the fatty acid alkyl ester using the natural fat containing free fatty acid as raw material. It includes: (1) under the presence of acidic catalyst when the natural fat temp. is higher than the boiling point of alkane alcohol, natural fat reacts with C1-C4 alkyl alcohol which continuously passes through reactor, until the acidity valence of the reacted mixture is smaller than 1; (2) the reacted mixture mentioned above, after the alkyl alcohol and alkaline catalyst are added, carries on the ester exchange reaction under the condition of backflow. Using the invented method to produce fatty acid alkyl ester, it is not only simple in technology, convenient in operation, but also can obtain a yield over 100, and the range of the acidity valence of suitable raw material fatty acid may reach as high as over 100. Therefore, it is worth to recommend fatty acid alkyl ester production technology.
