Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a Ni-Fe bicomponent oil hydrogenation catalyst using silica gel as the carrier. This catalyst uses Na2-SiO3, NiCNO3)2 and FeSO4 as raw materials, and is prepared by respective precipitation and following mixing precipitation method. Said catalyst contains 20-30% Ni, 0.5-5.0% Fe and 65-80% SiO2. As compared with conventional Ni/diatomaceous earth and Ni-Cu/catalyst it has more large specific surface area and higher activity and stability. Fe is its effective activity accelerator. Under the conditions of 200deg.C, 0.1MPa and the catalyst dosage of 0.5%, after refined rape oil is hydrogenated for six hours, melting point of product can be up to 65.2 deg.C.
