Abstract:
     The invention is a technology for recovering protein and grease. Taking glandless cotton seeds as raw material, we can produce powdered protein and cotton seeds oil without any organic solvents by use of milk thistle byproduct-a medical plant for liver protection-as leaching agent. The rating ratio of glandless cotton seeds and milk thistle has a specified ratio of weight. Then they are squeezed, pulvesized and screened, the cotton seed protein and oil are obtained. This invention provides an economic edible protein and linoleic acid for medical use.
