Abstract:
     The method is of cool crystallizing extraction by organic solvents in a single time after purified by absorption, and followed by separation of crystals from liquid, recovery of solvent, and distillation (or absorption is done after solvent recovery). The stirring apparatus can provide different stirring speed at different cooling stages and efficiently scrape the filth away from the inner surface of the column. The cocoa butter analog product is of high quality with high recovering rate and low costs, especially it is safe for human consumption and processed with simple equipment with low investment.
