Abstract:
     In this invention the GC-II medicine pipe extractor is used. Using SL-3 extractant as liquid extracting medium combining with vacuum technology. The fresh Hippophae rohanoiees is directly ground and seperated into juice or thick liquid, adding in extractant in proportion, under vacuum condition the juice is passed to extractor through pipes and mixed, extracted, then vacuum distillating to recover extractant. The whole process is done continuously, automatically and pipelized, under closed condition. the steps in existing technology such as liquid nitrogen freezing, drying and package etc., are saved. The invention not only has simplified the complex operation steps, avoided volatile loss, but also operates safely, has increased efficiency. The oil output of Hippophae rohanoiees and the oil and the juice quality are also increased.
