| The present method relates to the refining of raw food oil, which is obtained by pressing such oil crops, as peanut, rapeseed and soya etc. The character of this method is to add water into the raw oil, mix it, to combine the phosphonate ester in raw oil with water, separate the deposite from prepared oil. The water content, temperature and agitating velocity should be controlled carefully. By this method the finished oil yield can be incresed by 7-17% as compared with the method of refining with alkaline, and cost is decreased by 7.6-19%. | |||
