Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a (new) technology and equipment for oil and fat deodorization. The said invention replaces above several hundreds of orifices of tower deodorizer by some jet tubes. Its principle is the jet overflow vapour-liquid dynamic contact, multiplex circulation and continuous deodorization. The deodorized efficiency of the said equipment is high, its effect is good, and its equipment investment is low. At present it is a relatively advanced new type deodorizer at home and abroad.
