| This invention relates to a process of preparing highly edible assistant oil which has pungent flavour. The process involves: removal of impurities of condiment, washing and drying, and grinding it into powder; at the same time, heating the edible oil into cooked oil and cooling it to a given temp., pouring the condiment powder and cooked oil (in the reight proportion) into an autoclave with stirrer and stirring them into paste, and then heating and pressuring for 30-150 min., releasing the pressure, via pressing and distillation, precipitation and filtering, the highly edible assistant oil with pungent flavour is prepared. | |||
