Abstract:
     An environmental protective grinding fluid consists of water soluble polymer surfactant 2-10wt%, composite organic boric acid ester 1-12wt%, additive lubricant cleaning agent 2-20wt%, anti-rusting agent 0.3-3wt%, antibacterial agent 0.1-1wt%, complexing agent 0.1-0.5wt% and water. The organic boric acid ester is prepared by synthesizing borate 20-40%, diglycol 10-30% and glycol ethamine 10-25% with oleic acid 10-25%, binary carboxylic anhydride 5-10% and thiurea 1-3%. It has no harmful substances, better comprehensive performance and chemical stability.
