Abstract:
     Disclosed are an iron compound self-lubricant material and its preparing method. Exception the material also includes5-20% Cu, 2-15% Cr, 2-7%Mn, 5-15% Ni and 1-5% black lead/graphite fluoride, 1-5% molybdenum disulfide/tungsten disulfide and 0.01-0.1% carbon fiber. Nix Fe, Cu, Cr, Mn and Ni powder with black lead/graphite fluoride molybdenum disulfide/tungsten disulfide and carbon fiber with length of 0.2-1mm, and diameter of 5-10um, use the cold press or hot press in powder metallurgy to from the product with outstanding self-lubricant performance, its strength and tenacity are increased by 10% compared by the general metal self- lubricant material, in 500deg.C, it has the best comprehensive performances that the strength resistant to pressure is 735MPa and friction coefficient is 0.015
