| The invention relates to a solid lubricant and its preparing method. A solid lubricant for embedding bearing in hydraulic turbine generator includes polytetrafluoroethylene resin, has the characteristics that the added ones also includes molybdenum disulfide or/and graphite or/and copper powder or/and carbon fiber or /and polyimide, and the portions of mass of each component are: polytetrafluoroethylene resin 100, molybdenum disulfide 0-30, graphite0-60, copper powder 0-60, carbon fiber 0-20 and polyimide 0-10. The invention has made the polytetrafluoroethylene resin compound material to be solid lubricant, embedded with copper alloy to form 8 with steel, making ubricat removing film on the surface life. With little mud, contact stress of 342/N/cm2, rotating speed of 2.1 M/min, the friction coefficient is 0.05-0.07and its rate of wear per unit is 0.325-0.78 *10-5nm/mN. | |||
