Abstract:
    The preparation process of water base extreme pressure lubricating liquid includes the following steps: 1. mixing and fusing organic modified clay, plastic containing ester or amido radical in its molecule and carrier oil through heating, and cooling to solidify; 2. mixing the solidified product and carrier oil, sulfonating with sulfonating agent, and collecting oil phase product; and 3. adding alkali into the oil phase product to regulate pH value to greater than 7 and obtain the water base lubricating liquid. The organic modified clay is selected from organic modified montmorillonite, bentonite, kaolin and attapulgite; and the plastic is polyamide, polyurethane or polyester. The water base extreme pressure lubricating liquid possesses excellent stability, cooling property, adhesion property and lubricating performance, good detergency, no bad smell and no toxicity, and is suitable for use in metal machining process.
