Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a kind of extreme pressure antiwear additive of double alkoxy triazine phosphate sulfate derivative and its preparation process. The additive has the chemical structure shown in general expression (I), and is synthesized through reaction between dialkyl dithio phosphate and 2, 4-disalkoxy-6-chloro-1, 3, 5-sym-triazine. The present invention has mild synthesis process and low synthesis temperature, and the synthesized double alkoxy triazine phosphate sulfate derivative may be used as multifunctional lubricating grease and oil additive alone or together with other additive, and has excellent antiwear and extreme pressure performance as well as anticorrosive, antioxidant performance, etc.
