Abstract:
     This liquor is for numeric control of cutting process. A certain amount of Na3PO3 as stabilizer is added in the liquor to increase its stability and washing ability. Furthermore it is helpful to the electro-chemical polishing effect between poles and obtaining better technical results. In electric discharge cutting with this saponated liquor as working liquor, the loss of electric pole wire (Mo wire) is reduced to less than half of that with conventional liquor. Diameter loss of Mo wire Per 50 thousand sq. mm serface cut is less than 0.01 mm. Cutting speed can increase 30-50%. Smoothness of werked surface can increase 0.5-1 grade.
