Abstract:
     The wear-resisting agent (acidic amino phosphonate) is made from the reaction of C4~C20 mono-hydroxy compounds, phosphorus pentoxide and C4~C20 amin compounds in the presence of solvent. The product is then filtered and distilled. This acidic ammonium phosphonate is used effectively as a wear-resisting agent in hyperpressure industrial gear oil and hyperbolic gear oil of motor car. It may be also used as hydraulic sliding guide oil, sliding guide lubricant, and hydraulic fluid in those oils, the agent has many excellent properties: hyperpressure resistance, wear-resistance rust-prevention, and corrosion, emulsification and oxidation-resistant properties.
