Abstract:
     It is used in die casting of Al. Zn. Cu. Mg alloys, the partition property is stronger, thus demoulding property is improved. The lubricity is improved, therely the pull cracks and the adhesion of casting are reduced and there is no metal accumulated. It can increase the life of mould, seduce the waste products and don't contaminate the casting and no pullution of the envirenment. The invention is suitable as demoulding agent and lubricant for die casting and the casting by metal mould. At may be coated by hand or by spraying.
