Abstract:
     This invention is mainly applicable for making oilless self-lubricating bearings, friction train coupling parts and high grade sealing rings, etc.. Its distinguishing features are as follows: the material is composed of two components. The first is composed of Ni, Co metals envoloped by graphite-lubricant, MoS2, etc.; the second is composed of the forth, fifth and sixth subgroup metallized carbon and nitride together with one or more than two kinds of Ni, Co, Mo metals. Advanced processing of electrosparking agglomeration is adopted. Self-lubricating wear-resistant material of high strength, good toughness and low frictional coefficient is thus obtained.
