Abstract:
     The composition contains lubricant base and thickener, the latter is a compound lithium soap of both acids (a) and (b), (a) is at least one kind of acid selected from the hydroxy fatty acid of C12-24 and the fatty acid of C10-C34, (b) is para-phthalic acid or an acidic mixture of para-phthalic acid and C2-C12 fatty binary acid. The mole fraction of the two acids (a) and (b) is (b)/(a)=0.2-2.0. The preparation procedure is in two steps: first, the lithium base used for saponificating the two acids is totally put into the mixture of lubricant base and acid (a) to get saponification, and then put acid (b) into it to get further saponification and compounding.
