Abstract:
     The essential points of this process is that, according to the optimum recipes, the highest temperature of saponification should be higher than the melting points of either Ca-or Li-soaps, and the reactants should be rapidly quenched to temperatures lower than the melting point of Li-soap. Resulting products has both the characteristics of Li-and Ca-based grease, i.e. higher dripping point, superior stability to shearing, good resistance to water and good stability of colloid state.
