Abstract:
This invention relates to a process of treatment of "Waste oils". Said "Waste oils" refer to various waste and used lubricants consumed by internal-conbustion engines. It is also called "black oils". The said black oils contain more impurities such as fine carbon-black particles, gums, asphalt, etc. In this invention, a special aromatic amine is used as a flocculating agent and is put into the "black oils" under a definite condition. The impurities in the black oils are flacculated as flocculates. By gravity precipitation, reclaimed oil is obtained. The separated flocculates may be used directly as the substitute of conditioning oil of stencil ink of letter press ink. Said process may operate in original facilities used by sulfuric-clay technology. It possesses the characteristics of low capital cost, pollution-free and high economic benefits.
