Abstract:
     A cutting lubricant for precision-threading is characterized by: refined mineral oil is used as base oil, while a set of compound additives is added into the base oil. The compound additives consist of maize oil, phenyltriazolyl fatty amine, chlorowax and petroleum sulfonate (bariun). The lubricant possesses excellent wear-and critical compression-resistant property. It is flavour-and toxicity-free. It is suitably used as the cutting lubricant for precision-threading ring gauge and can also be used as the lubricating coolant for precision-finishing such as drilling, gear-slotting, gear-hobbing etc..
