Abstract:
     This invention is a high temp. refining technology of waste oil regeneration using clay and without pollution of sulphuric acid. The feature of this invention is that it uses 1% active clay instead of 1% sulphuric acid, the pipe furnace circulation of depressurizing fractionation is raised. the refining temp. reaches 350~400 deg.C, and the refined products after having been divided into high viscosity basic lubrication oil and low viscosity basic lubrication oil are made up into various end product lubrication oils. This new technology makes no pollution and sulphuric acid corrosion. The heating refining time is shortened, the coal consumption is also decreased, the quality of product is good, the production cost is low, the rate of production is high, the operation of the equipment is safe and reliable.
