Abstract:
     The calcific technology for cube detergent manufacture is claimed. The characteristic of it is to make use of inert solvent which is free from active hydrogen as surface protective agent for 80 mesh lime (instead of 200 mesh lime or calcium hdroxide), to hydrate, metalate and get over alkaline lube detergent. By this method the obtained in place nascent lime is 50-500 angstrom granule and not coagulated. To avoid surface contamination, metalation reaction should be carried out in hydration reactor. As shown by practice, the present method is a better one for preparation of lube detergent with micell granule about 50-500 angstrom, especially for preparation of alkyl salicylate.
