Abstract:
     This invention relates to lubricant for high speed wire drawing used in manufacturing metal wires. Said lubricant is suitable for every speed of wire drawing. It is especially applicable for wire drawing of high speed which is equal or greater than 6m/sec. By applicating this lubricant, acid-free washing technique can be adopted. The pollution of acid mist and powder materials can be eliminated. The rust-resistant power of wire materialo can be increased and washing becomes easier. The processed wire material is good in quality and high in yielding. The life expectancy of the mould for wire drawing canbe extended.
