Abstract:
     The present invention relates to the improvement of lubricant greases. Conventionally, the lubrications of chucks, gears and bearings are useing thin oil, which, in the case of low speed and medium or large load, can hardly form oil film for good lubrication and will result in crawl. The said lubricant film forming paste is produced by refining at high temp. the mineral oil as base oil, metallic soap as thickening, agent added solid lubricant MCF and PTFE, lubricant assistant rare-earth fluoride, film forming agent and sticking assistant. It has themerits of low shearing, long life, high load-bearing capability adn capability of being continuously regenerated and has an agglatination load as high as 6350-7850 N. When used, the said filming paste can form solid lubricant film on metallic surface due to frication.
