Abstract:
     This invention relates to an isolation agent (demoulding agent), which is used to smear the surface of formwork during concrete casting in construction engineering. Its function is to isolate the formwork and facilitate its releasing. At present, in domestic concrete engineering work, machine oil or waste machine oil is usually used as isolation agent, though this kind of material has the effect of facilitating the release of mould, but it is not easy to dry and the reinforcing steel and concrete are contaminated. After the mould is removed, it is necessary to wash away the oil on the surface of steel and concrete before rendering and painting, etc., therefore the labour intensity is high. With the said high efficient isolation agent, good effect of mould releasing is obtained, the time of membrane formation is short the surface of the reinforcing steel and concrete is not contaminated. Compared with the existing technique, the cost decreases by 60%.
