Abstract:
     The present invention puts forward a new process for implementing preammoniation treatment of washing water for removing a small amount of ammonia in mixed gas. The said method uses synthetic ammonia or ammonia-containing waste water discharged during production in some industries as the treating agent of water for washing and ammonia-removing in the mixed gas so as to make calcium and magnesium ions, through preammoniation treatment, to generate insoluble CaCO3 and Mg (OH)2 and make those precipitate and isolate, and then through clarifying separation in the special equipment, the ammoniated water can be made. The ammoniated water is used in ammonia-cleaning works of mixed gas. It can avoid the generation of hard scales in the ammonia-cleaning equipment and its pipeline so as to ensure normal running for production.
