Abstract:
     This invention discloses a method to stabilize the heat value and pressure of mixed gas in gas mixing station. The expert system, decoupling method, optimizing algorithm and self-correcting PID algorithm, which are suitable for gas mixing station, are proposed. Sampled data are digitally filtered and then compared with knowledge library for inference judgement. By use of decoupling algorithm, optimizing algorithm, heat value predicting and delay compensating algorithm and the characteristic relationship between self-correcting PID and valve, a high coke ratio and a acting quantity of butterfly valve are obtained to regulated the charge of blast furnace or coke-oven gas, thereby stabilizing the heat value and pressure of mixed gas.
