Abstract:
     Gas purifying method for small-scale gashouse is characterized by desulfurization adopted by mixing appropraite quantity of quick lime according to the amount of sulfur contained in different kinds of coal in the process of preparing shaped coal; the gas produced from coal gas producer is carried into cooling water tank to carry it into a gas-chamber and it is discharged, through upper pipeline connected on gas chamber. Heat contained in gas is absorbed by cooling water and is carried away with heat-exchanged water via heat-exchanger. This method will save conventional desulfurization tower and cooling tower, by which a large amount of investment is cut down.
