Abstract:
     The present invention belongs to the field of blast furnace gas purification, applicable for full-dry type electric dust remover and dust-removing method. Said invention uses a heat-exchange buffer to solve the temp. control of furnace top gas of blast furnace so as to ensure the normal and continuous operation of dry type electric dust remover. The adoption of said invented method can make the blast furnace gas dust-removing efficiency up to 99.9%, and remove enironmental contamination. As compared with wet type dust-removing method, electricity can be economized by 70-80%, water can be saved by 100%, and the turbine residual pressure power generation can be raised by 30-50%. Besides, the problem of chlorine ion corrosion is solved, and at the same time the heat energy can be recovered and heat efficiency can be raised.
