Abstract:
     This process to produce gas with water gas or semi-water gas features as follows: the proportions of C, H and O in gas are changed to make the proportion changed components enter in the non-carbon-separation zone of equilibrium carbon generation isotherm; commonly used methanating catalyst is used to make the CO and CO2 in the gas changed in proportion take part in methanating reaction at 300-400 deg.C in the high-speed fixed bed multitubular reactor disclosed by this invention; and through removal of CO2 (in the case of using semi-water gas as raw material) a finished gas with CO content less than 1% and caloric value greater than 3000Kcal/cu.m is obtained. This process is suitable for the place where there is a middle or small nitrogen furtilizer factory.
