Abstract:
     The present invention uses a compound activating agent containing sterically hindered amine for removing CO2, and features the rapid speed for absorbing and desorbing CO2, high capability of solution absorbing CO2, low regenerative heat consumption and stable solution. The invented solution ingredients and concentrations are: K2 CO3 230-370g/l, diethanolamine 10-20g/l, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propyl alcohol (AMP) 5-30g/l, boric acid 10-30g/l, and total vanadium (by KVO3) 5-10g/l.. The solution can be used for removing CO2 from mixed gases, such as raw gas of synthetic ammonia, city gas and natural gas etc..
