Abstract:
     The invented decarbonizing solvent for removing CO2 in raw gas in synthetic ammonia and natural gas purification process is prepared up by adding alcohol kind of solvent B and alcohol-amine kind of solvent C to propylcarbon solvent A. The invented decarbonizing process includes such steps as absorption, flash vaporization, stripping, and recovery, and features that stage-one recovery tower is connected to stage-two one for capturing CO2 gas from desorption and residual solvent vapour in stripping, so lowering solvent cost, improving degree of purification and elongating service life of equipment.
