Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a pressure desulfurizing process of semi-water gas quebracho extract method. It is a development of gas wet desulfurization technology in chemical fertilizer industry. On the basis of pressure ADA method and normal pressure quebracho extract method, it uses a low-concentration desulfurizing liquor mixing ratio, i.e. quebracho extract is 0.6-0.8g/L, and NaVO3 is 0.5-0.7g/L, and uses a method increasing liquid circulation quantity to make sulfur admissible value less than 0.19g/L. After the new technological process is used, its gas after-treatment quantity is increased, desulfurizing efficiency is raised, cost consumption is reduced, and in particular the problem of blocking tower is solved.
