Abstract:
     A two-stage furnace process for water gas factory features that by means of heat energy of blown air the phenol-contained water is sprayed into combustion heat accumulator to vaporise and the phenol is decomposed by fire layer. The cooling steps of upstream and downstream gas generations are individual, which the former uses indirectly cooling tower and the latter uses filler tower to decrease phenol-contained water while consuming phenol-contained vapour as gasifier. Its advantages include no need of additional apparatus to treat phenol-contained water basically, no pollution to water system, and low cost.
