Abstract:
     The present invention purifies ammonia-synthesizing raw material gas through high-pressure methanolizing and methanizaition. The material gas after medium-pressure alcoholization or after removing sulphur is compressed via oilless-lubricated compressor to pressure of 24.0-31.4 MPa and heatesd to subject to methanolizing and methanization reactions. The present invention is suitable for deep purification of ammonia-synthesizing raw material gas produced with coal and coke as raw material, esp that through medium-pressure alcoholization apparatus.
