Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a desulfurizing process for carbonization system of synthetic ammonia production. It is characterized by adding desulfurizing agent zinc particles according to the dosage of 10-38 g Zn/Kg H2S in the carbonization system; under the conditions of 0-65 deg. C and ammonia concentration of 50tt -200tt, producing concentrated ammonia water containnig zinc ions; then under the temp. of 25-50 deg. C and pressure of 0.5-0.8 MPa, removing hydrogen sulfide to make its content below 2 ppm in the carbonization tower. Said invention solves the problems of chemical corrosion of carbonization equipment, small ammonium bicarbonate crystallinity and gray-black colour, and possesses the advantages of small inventment, low operation cost, simple technological process, and easy operation.
