Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a kind of multifunctiona liron oxide fine desulfurizer and its preparation process. Said desulfurizer is formed from granular iron oxide carrier and 1-3 kinds of metal compounds selected from Na, K, Mg, Fe, Ca, Ba, Ti, V, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, Hg and Pb carried on the carrier. Its preparation process includes the following steps: the above-mentioned water-soluble metal salts are processed by separated impregnating or/and co-impregnating process to load them on the iron oxide, then drying at 30-400 deg. C or activating so as to obtain the invented desulfurizer. Under the aerobic and anaerobic condition, said invented desulfurizer can remove the sulfides of H2S, COS, CS2, RSH, RSR RSSR and thiophene. H2S removed accuracy is less than 0.02 ppm, organic sulfur removed rate is greater than 99.0%, use temp. is 0-100 deg. C, space velocity is 100-3000 h (-1).
