Abstract:
     The present invention relates to the process and equipment of cyclone cinder coal gas furnace coal gas water cooling shoot up moist coal gas. Its main characteristic is that powdered coal is sprayed into furnace by oxygen and steam, powdered coal, oxygen and steam are mixed by the action of cyclone nozzle, then proceed gasification reaction of coal under high temp. The reaction product coal gas in cooled by water in water cooling separater, and cinder is separated. Mean while the evaporated steam enters into coal gas. By controlling the quantity of cooling water and temp. in the separator, the steam content in coal gas can be regulated to the requirement of conversion of carbon monoxide.
