Abstract: |
|||
| A desulfurizing agent of high-temp. sulfur-sensitive ceramic for hot gas is prepared from TiO2 and zinc oxide as basic raw materials, and Bi2O3 as trace additive through chemical codeposition, spray drying, and high-temp. calcining. Said sulfur-sensitive ceramic has high abrasion, reduction and high temp. resistances, and can be used for fixed bed, moving bed and airflow delivering bed to desulfurize high-temp. (650 deg.C) gas containing sulfur of 10%. The H2S in gas can be reduced from 18500 mg/N sq.m to 10 mg/N sq.m, and the carbonyl sulfur [COS] can be reduced from 23000 mg/N.cu.m at inlet to 20 mg/N. cu.m at outlet. | |||
