Abstract:
     A pressure-swing adsorption process is aimed at separating, concentrating and purifying the mixed multi-component blast furnace gas containing nitrogen and CO or similar petrochemical gas to obtain CO, nitrogen gas and CO2 as by-product, and features that said mixed gas whose impurities and CO2 has been pre-removed is subjected to pressure-swing adsorption in several fixed-bedadsorbers filled with catalytic adsorbent to concentrate and purify CO. Several adsorbers are used for sequencial and repeated adsorption by multi-step pressure reduction, washing, vacuum desorption and multi-step pressure raising up.
