Abstract:
     The present invention relates to the modification of recycling gasification process in two stage oven. Gas produced by recycling coal gasification in two stage oven can not be used directly to synthesise ammonia, while the stationary layer batch gasification oven feeds on solid fuel of good quality. By present method the gasification process in two stage oven is composed of the following five steps: blowing, up-blowing gas making, down-blowing gas making, secondary up-blowing and air cleaning blowing. A certain amount of air is introduced in down-blowing. To apply gas-separating operation in up-blowing gas making process and to control the temp. of top gas outlet the raw material gas for synthetic ammonia could be produced directly, and the domestic gas and power gas can also be produced at the same time. The composition, combustion value and quantity distribution of the said three gases can be adjusted according to necessity.
