Abstract:
     The feature of this invention is using 1000-1600 deg.C high temp. mixed gas of air-steam to veplace the oxygen-steam as the gasification agent to produce cheap fuel gas and raw material gas. The volume ratio of steam in this high temp. gasification agent is 40-75%. It is most suitable to be used in the boiling gasification furnace. The high temp. gasification agent is preheated by heat storage type hot blast furnace, the fuel of the blast furnace is provided partly from the gas produced by gasification furnace. Now in the world, the preheating temp. of hot blast furnace is usually reached 1000-1600 deg.C and the highest is 2000 deg.C.
