Abstract:
     This invention presents a new type of coal-gas generating furnace with fixed bed. In this invetnion, a new type of furnace body, which has larger cross section at its lower part and smaller cross section at its upper part, is used to replace the existing furnace body structure in which the diameter of the chamber is constant, so that the efficiency of gasification has increased more than twice, the chemical changing rate of the fuel has been increased consequently, and the consumption of steel has been considerably lowered. It preserves the simplicity of the existing technology, is suitable for the gasification of coal with different shapes and sizes, and increases the universality.
