Abstract:
     In the present invention, the powder coal is fluidized sectionally with air and steam as fluidization medium. The well-distributed fluid-bed is divided into two or more reducing gasification area, oxidizing heating area and residuum burning area so as to realize sectional gasification. The combustible components in coal gas is beneficated, dust-removed with whirl precipitator and venturi precipitator, and cooled down to room-temp. coal gas. Under normal pressure and iwht the input of air and steam, coal gas fully meeting the requirements of heating industrial furnaces and kilns may be obtained from a great variety of coal.
