Abstract:
     This invention is a new method for producing gas. It changes the traditional gasification moving mode, so suiting for all sorts of coals and all kinds of granular coals; simplifying the complex procedure of processing fuel and apparatus, control system and accessory equipment; lowering cost, increasing gasifying efficiency and decreasing environmental pollution. The invention is a productive technology, including moulded coal with fixed multiple slots and holes, containerized transmissive flow-path and gasifying within multiple slots and holes of moulded coal. The used tunnel furnace or vertical furnace has the advantages of simple design and easy and automatical control, so it is suitable for large, middle and small sizes of gasifying engineering of coal and easy to popularize.
