It consists of overhead water heater, liquid drop measuring capillary evaporator, and deep slot in inner wall of hearth. It produces water gas effectively and can be controlled audio-visually. The said unit is rational in structure, low in cost, and easy to install, operate, and maintain. It is suitable to install on small oven used in mess hall, hotel, and home.
