Abstract:
     Broken coal, powder coal and poor coal with high ash content can be used in this gas producer to obtain a mixed gas with low calorific value. An automatic regulator for vapour and gasifying intensity, composed of water sleeve-type middle part of the producer, vapour pressure balancing chamber and gasifier mixing chamber, is installed on the producer, so the producer can be adapted to different coals and achieve effective gasification. In addition, a slag discharger which can be raized or fallen and rotated is arranged for effectively discharging slags and ensuring safe operation.
