Abstract:
     The present invention provides a kind of gasifier. whose combustion chamber is connected with a cooling section. An immersion pipe conveys the discharged gas stream and slag into the cooling bath through a vertical guiding channel. A sectionalized cooling ring is connected with a pressure cooling liquor source, such as water and the like, and it is used to guide the cooling liquor onto the guiding surface of the immersion pipe, so that the latter is in the moist state. The assembling mode of various manifold-type ring sections of the cooling ring can maintain the lateral gaps between them. The screening plates are installed in the gap postions, so that the gap size can respond to the heat expansion and cold contraction of various manifold ring sections.
